Our volunteers help us to provide food and practical support to people left without enough money to live on.

Volunteers make a difference in the local community across a range of roles, including boosting donations, packing food parcels, providing a warm welcome, tackling loneliness, signposting to additional services, connecting with partners, raising awareness and leading projects.

Volunteer roles

Warehouse volunteer

We need help to weigh, sort and store food before it's made into parcels for clients to collect. You could help in this vital work to ensure we have the right food available at all times. Currently we urgently need volunteers in the warehouse on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 3pm. Please note that working in the warehouse can be physically demanding.

Meet clients and give out food parcels.

Admin

We need administrative support in the office, currently we urgently need admin help on Wednesdays from 10am to 3pm.
