The event is the showing of the award winning film Pride. Prior to the movie being shown there will be a talk from the inspirations of the film Sian James and Mike Jackson. We are also hoping to have members of the cast present.

Buffet will be available

Tickets cost £10 waged £5 unwaged (volunteers go free, all others pay on the door).  All proceeds going to Harrow food bank.

Movie Synopsis: It’s the summer of 1984 Margaret Thatcher is in power and the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) is on strike. At the Gay Pride March in London, a group of gay and lesbian activists decides to raise money to support the families of the striking miners. But there is a problem. The Union seems embarrassed to receive their support.
